Lisa consistently went above and beyond; there were several times we made requests or had questions which she answered or completed the request in a timely and accurate manner. Most realtors will simply walk an inspection but not Lisa. She noted some issues and followed up, including reviewing the County records to see if the issue had been resolved. How many realtors do you know would do this for their client without being asked to do so? Now that I'm on the other side of this I can see I had to be a very difficult client.
