Personal Background Life long resident of the Lake Wallenpaupack Region Mother of 3 amazing young men. Outdoor Enthusiast , Total Foodie (I love to cook) Animal Lover - I have 2 dogs (Yellow Lab & Dogo Argentino). I believe in serving and giving back to the community. I am proud to serve for 12+ years on the Wallenpaupack School District Board of Directors. For many years I was on a Board Member and Coach for the Lake Region Youth Association (aka Jr. Bucks football & cheerleading). I support the Wallenpaupack Our Kids Food Pantry to help feed our kids in need.

Seller reviewThe Lords Valley Centuary 21 office has handled a couple of other home transactions for us in the past and we were familiar with their high standards, marketing, and attention to their customers from those dealings. We were extremely happy with the overall management of our sale! The first weekend, we had many showings which resulted in the sale of our home. Lisa orchestrated the marketing materials which were wonderful! The pictures, drone shots and virtual photography were top notch! Lisa Perry Smith was extremely professional and was very responsive to all of our questions. She listened to our concerns and managed to address any issues we might have had. Lisa was always upbeat, friendly and easy to communicate with. Having dealt with Century 21 in the past, we knew that Lisa was familiar with the local market and could tailor the materials to potential buyers. Additionally, Lisa helped us in adding a few touches for staging from her private collection. Had we needed more assistance, she would have staged the whole house! We would recommend Lisa Perry Smith to any potential buyer. They won't be disappointed!

Seller reviewWe interviewed 4 different brokers from 4 different firms. It felt like they were all trying to 'sell' themselves to us. It was different with Lisa. She was confident in what she could do, and also told us what we needed to do to help the value/appeal of the property. She also explained her marketing plan and followed through on every detail of it. We really went into it with the mindset that we're not the experienced one; she is, so take her advice. And that mindset helped enormously because she really knows her stuff! While negotiating the contract, she knew the potential pitfalls of the offer and suggested the correct deposits were made for the given loan-type to help ensure a smooth closing. She suggested the correct wording to protect us should the appraisal come in low to protect us (since they were offering above asking price). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome to reach out to her. We lived 2.5 hours away from the property being sold. She really went above and beyond. She was there at the property to let workers inside. She worked at the home for half a day at a folding table so that she could run the water in the house to ensure our septic test could be done. She made phone calls to the local companies, all of whom she knew, to get results we weren't able to get ourselves. Overall, it could not have been a better experience. Our home sold after 2 days of being listed for above asking and I truly believe it would not have been the case if we had chosen one of the other realtors we interviewed. THANK YOU, LISA!!
