She arrived at the meeting already prepared with information about the neighborhood, comparable sales in the area, and a well-thought out and thorough marketing plan. Once I agreed to list with Lisa, she immediately went into action, produced a beautiful presentation for MLS with stunning photography which appeared on numerous sites, held an open house, and developed additional awesome marketing materials as well as a two-inch thick notebook containing everything a buyer would want to know about the home which she kept at the property and updated continually. On several occasions, she met me at the airport so l would not have to catch a Lyft or worse rent a car view homes she had scheduled for showing. She went beyond her call of duty. She was very focused and relentless to find me a nice house with the limited budget she had to work with. I moved from a cold weather state to a home in a paradise setting! My best home ever!
