I would not have been able to pull off this purchase without her quick and timely manner to answer the phone, contact the sellers agent and schedule a showing immediately. As soon as the price went down on the listing we were watching she sprung into action and made this transaction action from start to finish. Small details ended up becoming big details such as setting closing for 45 days instead of 30 which ensured I would not lose my earnest money deposit. She protected me as the buyer and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the buying process. She is truly one of a kind! I will recommend her to anyone needing to find a home or an investment property!
