It is because of Lisa Prather that we chose Century 21 Simpson. She is top notch and you should be proud to have her on your team. Lisa was always on top of everything and in turn helped us to stay on top of everything needing to be done. She is very knowledgeable about many aspects of the housing industry, gives good suggestions and knows a lot of contacts for services needed. Most important very personable, and you get a sense of trust right away. She demonstrates a great work ethic. Needless to say we are impressed with Lisa and will recommend her and Century 21 Simpson to anyone we know needing home buying or selling services. She is a keeper! Stated most of our thoughts on the previous page of the survey, but also want to mention that she was always on top of the situation and kept us informed promptly when any communication was needed. Very pleasant experience

Lisa Prather s an excellent agent. My husband recently commented that the sale of our house was the smoothest house sale he had experienced in his entire life. Which is significant since my husband wasn't completely on board in terms of working with an agent; he wanted to sell it ourselves. But after meeting with Lisa, he was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, her knowledge, her explanation of all that was involved, etc. After the meeting, he agreed we needed an agent and we both wanted to work with Lisa. We trusted her to handle everything - the negotiations, etc. Lisa was a joy to work with. Her experience as a house stager and house flipper gives her a unique perspective that was very helpful to us. Lisa was also very patient, taking the time to listen to my husband and answer his many questions throughout the process. Lisa had done her homework and knew our house would sell for more than the amount we had in our head. Thanks to Lisa, our house sold in 36 hours and we received more for the house than we would have asked for. I highly recommend Lisa Prather as a real estate agent.
