Lisa was very knowledgeable and quickly became someone who we could trust and had out best interest in mind. She gave us some very helpful suggestions on how to get our house ready to show. Lisa was also helpful in recommending contractors to fix certain areas in our house to get ready for showing.

Very pleasant experience

Lisa Prather s an excellent agent. My husband recently commented that the sale of our house was the smoothest house sale he had experienced in his entire life. Which is significant since my husband wasn't completely on board in terms of working with an agent; he wanted to sell it ourselves. But after meeting with Lisa, he was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, her knowledge, her explanation of all that was involved, etc. After the meeting, he agreed we needed an agent and we both wanted to work with Lisa. We trusted her to handle everything - the negotiations, etc. Lisa was a joy to work with. Her experience as a house stager and house flipper gives her a unique perspective that was very helpful to us. Lisa was also very patient, taking the time to listen to my husband and answer his many questions throughout the process. Lisa had done her homework and knew our house would sell for more than the amount we had in our head. Thanks to Lisa, our house sold in 36 hours and we received more for the house than we would have asked for. I highly recommend Lisa Prather as a real estate agent.
