Buyer reviewI am happy to write this review for Ms. Lisa Thompson. From the first time I called the phone number on her realty sign through the final closing, she was excellent. Lisa was available every time I called with questions, and if not, she would quickly return voicemails. Any time I requested to see the house she made time and was always helpful. Even through the complexities of this year with Coronavirus and working through several agreement addendums due to Hurricanes Laura and Delta, Lisa remained steadily organized and consistently kept me updated during repairs. She was swift with scheduling inspections, and when I noticed an issue, she immediately began working with the seller and resolved it. I think she truly had the best interest of both the seller and me, as the buyer, at heart. It was a pleasure working with Lisa during the purchase of this home, and if I ever decide to sell it, I will certainly work with her again.

She was so very kind to us, very informative, always made sure that we stayed in the loop as for communication goes, very understanding and patient with us, and just overall the BEST! As a young married couple we didn't know much about anything and sometimes that can get taken advantage of but she 100% made sure we were taken care of and that things stayed honest and that we got the best of the best. That's hard to find these days..and she was all of that and more! We are blessed that we got to know her as not just our realtor along the way, but as our friend! Our home isn't the fanciest on the block but for our 1st starter home as a young married couple, it's everything and more we could have ever asked for and we are beyond excited!
