Personal Profile
As a Florida native and longtime Citrus County resident, I have witnessed tremendous growth that has transformed this area into one of Florida's most sought-after places to live while maintaining its close community and small-town feel.
Prior to joining Century 21, I spent close to 30 years in the legal field as a paralegal focusing on civil litigation, family law and probate. As a realtor, I use that experience to advocate the client's best interest. Whether you are buying or selling, I will work to get you the best price in the least amount of time. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful and it is my goal to make the experience as hassle-free as possible.
I am married to my best friend of 35 years. I have spent my time working full time, raising three children, being a soccer mom, watching football, and gardening. I am now an empty nester with the time to devote to helping others achieve their goals.
I joined Century 21 because I knew Jim and Karen Morton through, of course, kids' sports. I knew the Mortons were good, honest people. I also knew some of agents at Century 21 and knew that they worked closely together not only buying and selling real estate, but in supporting their community.

Buyer reviewLisa Trick was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with at all hours. Understood what I was looking for and was familiar with the area I wanted to be in. She made me feel like I had a best friend and partner in my corner with my interests as a priority. She knew exactly what was to be done and when it all had to be put together. She explained everything at each step and answered all my questions regardless of how silly they were. She put things in layman's terms when "legalese" was beyond me. She went out of her way walking the land, taking excellent photos,talking with neighbors and made the closing go very smooth. All of this was done on line as I was out of the country for both sales.
