Seller reviewLisa is a fabulous listing agent. We decied to use her to sell our home where we raised our family. She had a great, well thought out marketing plan and was able to help price our house perfectly. Lisa handled the staging and showings with ease and alleviated the stress on us. She is patient, compassionate, and knows the market well. She sold our house in 3 days. She represented and protected us on each step of the transaction and was always available. She truly had our best interests at the forefront. She is a workhorse and went above and beyond what we could expect from a realtor.

Buyer reviewLisa Weiss was very good at catching things right away when we would see houses. She was very good at communicating with the seller's agent on any issues or questions I had about the house. She was also able to negotiate the terms of the purchase agreement. She was always honest and forthcoming with her advice on how to handle certain aspects when I asked for it, but never pushed her own opinions or judgement. She obviously has a lot of experience and knowledge with houses in the area I was looking at in north Tampa, and shared research with me as soon as I requested it. Lisa Weiss was really great at explaining things to me, and assured me that she would keep explaining things to me as much as I needed. I always felt like my comfort level was her top priority when it came to making decisions. I felt like I could trust her, and that she was always looking out for my best interest. As a first time home buyer, this was a really important quality I needed in a realtor. Lisa was also very accessible and communicated with me via text, calling or emailing, with a quick response time. She is really fun, kind and helpful. She is still checking in with me to see how the move to my new home is going a month after closing, and eager to help me with any "home-owning" issues like warranties and home improvements. Buying a home in this crazy market has been a wild ride, but Lisa helped me get the home I wanted and I am so grateful for all of her help. I will always recommend Lisa Weiss to anyone entering the housing market! Rebecca Hardin and Yolanda Smith were very helpful as well when we needed them. These ladies and Lisa Weiss were extremely professional, warm and helpful, and I'm grateful they were there to guide me through the home-buying process.
