Seller reviewAs I live out of state, Lissette was essential in preparing the home for sale. She made herself available to assist whenever necessary. Lissette was always available to answer questions and work as an intermediary with vendors and services in the area. She was a wealth of information in both real estate issues and directing us to people who could assist us in preparing the house for sale. If it were not for Lissette, the house would not have been ready for sale, nor would we have received the offers we received. I would recommend Lissette to anyone that might need a realtor.

In addition, I had other criteria high on the list, in which she had to consider. Buyer reviewCouldn't be more pleased to Lissette's availability, above all else. If we saw things on Zillow, or Home Spotter (or other apps) that we liked, Lissette would always make herself available to show the properties. Even when we weren't sure we could even get financing, she would show us things that really sparked our interest. So when customers have apps that show new homes immediately, there's probably a lot more showings agents have to do for every customer. And even though she could've just been wasting her time, she would still show us 20 homes a month, on and off for over a year. The home we ended up buying was 20 minutes from the house we had just seen (the last we had scheduled that day), and her next appointment was in 90 minutes. So she drove those 20 mon, away from her next stop, to show us our new home, and leave with just enough time to go back, against traffic, to meet a different client.
