As I have said before, Lissette reduced the pressure on me as a buyer, which was important to me given I have a serious health issue.

Buyer reviewCouldn't be more pleased to Lissette's availability, above all else. If we saw things on Zillow, or Home Spotter (or other apps) that we liked, Lissette would always make herself available to show the properties. Even when we weren't sure we could even get financing, she would show us things that really sparked our interest. So when customers have apps that show new homes immediately, there's probably a lot more showings agents have to do for every customer. And even though she could've just been wasting her time, she would still show us 20 homes a month, on and off for over a year. The home we ended up buying was 20 minutes from the house we had just seen (the last we had scheduled that day), and her next appointment was in 90 minutes. So she drove those 20 mon, away from her next stop, to show us our new home, and leave with just enough time to go back, against traffic, to meet a different client.

When I heard she had obtained her realty license AND was rookie of the year, I knew I would look no further when it came time to sell my house. She was professional, courteous and thoroughly knowledgeable. Her marketing strategy worked perfectly and I had multiple offers the day my house went live, one of which I accepted. I cannot thank her enough for all the work she put into the sale and by taking all the stress and hassle off of an anxious seller. I give her 10 stars!! ? Buyer reviewShe went above and beyond working with the sellers agent to make sure everything went smoothly Any time we had questions or issue arose she went above and beyond to get everything fixed- any time of the day or night actually!! We met a fellow broker who let us into the house to answer some questions we had about kitchen fittings- he was very nice and professional Will definitely use them again when and if we need to buy or sell!! Although she is a friend I know how committed she is to her clients. It was a special circumstance that we needed to find the perfect home for my elderly parents with them buying sight unseen. She went above and beyond to make this deal as easy as possible, working with them at their pace to answer all questions and to make this as seemless as possible.
