Only a couple weeks post op Liz had returned to work. I admire that degree of dedication. She showed us two condos that met our requirements. We presented our purchase offer to Liz on the unit of our choice and within an hour or so, she had emailed the paperwork. Due to the late hour I advised her that we could return same the following morning. First thing in the morning Liz called and reported that the sellers had accepted our offer. All necessary paperwork was completed on that time. She expedited the closing date for a few days later and the transaction was completed without any complications.
