She got my asking price with quick negotiation.She pointed out everything to be aware of and how to deal with it.Liz was very professional and super kind.She took the time to explain things to me multiple times if needed.The actual closing was not very pleasant because of the other agent. Liz stuck to her guns and with a difficult agent ,got things done the proper way with me feeling very well taken care of. I knew she had my back the whole time and stood up strongly for my rights. If I were to ever move again(I hope not) I would not hesitate to have Liz as my agent.Liz even found me my dream place when it wasn't even on the market yet.What more can I say. Seller reviewLiz Alonso did an excellent job for us. She specializes in property at Saddlebrook and is very familiar with all of their rules and regulations. That simplified everything for us since she took care of everything. She sold our property in less than 12 weeks. She responded to every request we had immediately and provided a great contract with all of the details required for the homeowners association etc.. We would use Liz Alonso again without hesitation.
