She went above and beyond my expectations by having her husband and sons remove a fallen tree that fell on the property after the sale but before closing. There were challenges which were out of our control that influenced the sale of the house. Liz went above and beyond to tackle those challenges and get the house sold. I have used Liz before and have been extremely happy working with her. There were plenty of other agents out there but I never gave it a second thought. Liz has a great reputation here and grew up here. She knows the area and what is needed.
