Liz is such a joy to work with. I decided before driving to Chippewa Falls about one house I wanted to look at. It turns out I looked at it in the morning, a home in the building process, and went tack to look in the late afternoon. I signed the papers that first/same evening and didn't regret a thing. Elizabeth Thompson was recommended to me by family members when I was considering the prospect of selling my house.I had used a realtor once prior during the purchase of my home. The experience with that realtor was nothing special. Working with Liz was the complete opposite. Every interaction and communication with Liz was nothing less than stellar. Looking back while completing the post sale survey, there is not one element of her performance that I could think of that I would improve, she really was that phenomenal to work with. Liz treated me like her most valuable client every step of the way. One instance that really sticks out in my mind was when an issue came up during the sale about possible damage in the house that had not been noticed prior to listing. I called Liz to notify her about the issue and my concerns. Liz was not only reassuring, but she took complete control of the situation and immediately began making appointments with contractors who could come out the next day to give assessments / estimates. She did this without being asked. She also made it seem as if she dropped everything else that she was doing at the time to make this issue her top priority. I cannot describe how appreciative I was toward her response since the issue came up so late in the sale.
