Liz was extremely friendly from the beginning. She reached out to me immediately and asked how she could help. I wasn't sure if I wanted to begin my house search yet so Liz said she would be around whenever I was ready. A couple weeks later I contacted her and she had been amazing ever since. As a first time homeowner I had no idea how anything really worked. Liz took the time to explain everything to me; such as earnest money. I knew that at any time I could contact Liz with a question and she would get back to me quickly and kindly. I cannot day enough good things about Liz. I could contact her at any time and she would answer my questions within the hour. She was very kind and patient with Matt and I. Liz probably ended up showing us over 14 houses, but never acted as though it was a burden. Anytime I saw a house I wanted to look at Liz would literally drop what she was doing and try to schedule us a showing. She is phenomenal Liz is very knowledgeable. We purchased and closed on our home over a week early! I will recommend Liz to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home. I will most definitely be contacting Liz when/if I purchase another home. She was incredible to work with. She understood exactly what Matt and I were looking for and truly went over and above our expectations. The home we closed on was actually out of our price range but I asked if we could put an offer in anyway. Liz never hesitated to draw up the paperwork for us to put an offer in on a home. There was a point where we were told we had essentially 'won' a bidding war and the house was ours. Liz was so excited for us, but then the other realtor waited to send us the closing documents until another couple put in a higher offer and we ended up losing that home. You could tell that Liz was just as upset about the loss as we were, and she made sure that realtor knew our frustrations. Liz is such a caring realtor.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable of the area and helpful when it cane to chooseing a house right for me
