Liz was fabulous. She always got back to us in a timely manner. If we had questions and Liz did not know the answer she sought additional information. She always greeted my 3 year old cheerfully and by name- showing that she had genuine interest in my family and was paying attention to us. She listened to our list of needs and remembered them throughout every house we saw. When an issue came up days before closing (to no fault of her own) she took care of it right away and made everything right immediately.
