She was always quick to respond and whenever I asked about something she didn't know, she would reach out to the proper party for me and obtain the information so I didn't have to. She was very friendly, informed, and flexible with scheduling viewings and other important visits. Everything was efficient, clear, and concise when communicating. She'd reach out through, text, email, and phone depending on the purpose of reaching out. And lastly, she stuck with me through many failed negotiations and made sure I got the house I wanted, that met my needs, and was in my budget. I highly recommend Lois, and I will definitely be using her services again in the future when I'm ready for my next home!

Buyer reviewFinding a house in this market if very challenging right now, but Lois made the home buying experience much less challenging. She was patient and would look at many homes with me, and was very flexible by showing homes around my schedule. She was also very knowledgeable about the home buying process, and guided me on what to put in an offer to get it accepted. I was accepted on only my second offer that we submitted, which I consider a huge success in this housing market. She also made the whole closing process seamless and less stressful, guiding me along the way and always available for any questions or concerns I had. I would 100% recommend Lois as an agent to others, and would use her myself if I was ever in the market to buy again.
