Buyer reviewWe lucked upon Lonnette Layne becoming our real estate agent. She was the listing agent for a house we had seen on line so I sent her an email. She responded immediately and listened to the criteria my boyfriend I were looking forward for in a retirement home. She established a portal and we received homes to view. I would send her emails asking questions and she'd respond to me quickly. Even though we were possibly up to over a year out to purchase our house she treated us with excellent customer service as if we were ready to buy a house immediately. We did find a home early in the process and we just love it and the ease we had working with Lonnette to get all the inspections, paperwork, loan, etc done was outstanding. We closed in about 5 weeks. Thank you Lonnette!!
