Lorenda also has a friendly warm nature that makes what could be a stressful experience quite energizing and even fun. She was always easy to communicate with, and is extremely accessible, texting or calling back within moments when I reached out to her. Lorenda anticipated and managed every single detail related to the selling of our home, while also being relaxed and measured about what needed to be done and when. She was helpful with any contacts I needed as we prepared our house for sale and she provided assistance every step of the way. She was thoughtful and transparent about her research in establishing the best sale price for our home-and she priced it perfectly and higher than we expected! I cannot recommend Lorenda more.
