Seller reviewI had bought a second home as a rental through Lori in the past. She was in contact with me everystep of the way, so that's why I chose her with the selling of my primary home. She had knowledge of what my house might sell for and was instrumental when knowing whether we should lower the price or keep it the same. I did have to lower the price by $5,000, as it was an older home. She knew somebody would fall in the love with the place and that is exactly what happened. She was very helpful with explaining the paperwork and what I might be responsible for in the deal. She handled everything like a pro even when things weren't so pleasant. I appreciate her patience and understanding and I would recommend her to my friends and acquintences with their real estate needs.
