My wife and I have very hectic schedules and Lori was able to work around us. She doesn't take a day off and we were continuously being updated about the status of paperwork, etc once we had made an offer on a house. Lori is a very sweet lady, personable and works very hard. She made a serious, sometimes stressful event (buying a house), as enjoyable as could be. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
