I don't usually answer surveys because most people do an acceptable job. That was NOT true for Lori. She went above and beyond all expectations for an agent. She knew we were not in town and was VERY understanding of my questions and always available to answer them. She took my daughter to various houses and spent a considerable amount of time looking at houses only to have us decide NOT to buy. When circumstances changed this year, we used her again and she continued to be helpful and understanding. She knew this was for a college student and a friend and realized that a renovated apartment would not be our first requirement. This apartment was bought during the holiday season. Not only was she always available to answer questions after "working" hours, she was also available during the holidays. She was available when realistically, I thought she shouldn't be! She is dedicated to her trade and loves her job which is shown in both her work ethic and her devotion. When I was unconcerned about a couple of issues that were urgent, she explained and encouraged action on those items. She knew when to encourage and when to step back. She is an excellent agent and you are very blessed to have her as one of your agents. I would strongly encourage anyone to use her as their agent.
