My experience with Lori was the best and I greatly appreciate everything she did. I believe she went above and beyond to help me through this because she understood how important it was to me. I was very stressed because I didn't understand a lot of the financial aspects of buying this home. Lori was always helpful and reassuring that everything was going to be okay. When I had trouble getting the proper information from my loan officer, which was most of the time, Lori would contact him and make sure he got back with me and gave me the information I needed. Lori was always great about answering my calls and returning calls at any time of the day. She was always helpful with information. Considering I was not able to be there to visibly see the home, she was my eyes and ears. Lori was always reassuring and comforting whenever I was stressed or nervous while going through the process of buying my home. Even after everything was finalized, Lori still offered to help in any way. When the situation became urgent, she immediately went into action. If it wasn't for her prompt attention and action, I would have missed the purchase. I really don't have enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for her help and understanding.
