Lori was raised in Janesville, WI and knows the city and surrounding area well. She has 43+ yrs. experience in real estate. She has held a real estate license in three states, New York, California, and Wisconsin. Lori has been a long-standing recipient of the Centurion Award which is only held by the top producing Century 21 agents Internationally. She has been actively involved in the community here in Janesville for the past 30 years, running the Alpha Course at her church and at the Rock County Jail with her husband Doug. Lori is also an ordained Pastor. She did mission work in Europe and Eastern Europe working with refugees, in the Federal Prison System in Germany, and she worked on the front lines during the Bosnian War. She is an Air Force Veteran and served in the Air Traffic Control field, the majority of her tour in Germany. She was discharged an E-5 Staff Sgt and awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal.

It took only two days to sell, partly because it was priced right and also because her husband, Doug, took such wonderful pictures. They both were kind, efficient, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. We will recommend them whenever we get the chance.

Seller reviewThis was my first experience with selling property. The thing that impressed me the most was that I had paid for an independent appraisal prior to dealing with Lori, but when she did her own appraisal it came in somewhat lower in value. When all was said and done, her calculations were almost spot-on. Had I listened to her and listed the property more in-line with her advice, I'm certain the sale would have happened much sooner. If you are looking to sell your property, Lori Hagemann-Davis is the only name you need to call.
