Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, I would have been completely overwhelmed by this experience had it not been for the outstanding services provided by Lori Minotto. She has been with me every step of the way, and has consistently looked out for my best interest throughout this entire process. Lori is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and also has the abilitiy to make you feel very comfortable because of her friendly, warm personality. Lori is extremely detailed oriented, and made sure that I understood what was happening (or about to happen) at all times. During the walk-through before closing, Lori noticed that one of the toilets was cracked at the base. Neither I nor the builder noticed this.(I've nicknamed her "Eagle Eye Minotto"!) I would highly recommend Lori to anyone needing a realtor. She made what could have been a very stressful experience, a very pleasurable, non- stressful, and even fun one. Her professionalism is second to none. It was a lucky day for me when "New American Funding" recommended Lori as my realtor. She is truly an asset to your company.

We traveled through many towns in the Pennsylvania area and at times we felt concerned that we were dragging her all over the place as we really didn't know where we were going. But it never was an issue for her and I know what time she travels more than an hour to show us a home. She was always open to suggestions as we were open to her suggestions. Her communication with us and recommendations for mortgage companies were professional and we truly could not have gotten any luckier than dealing with her

Between the incredibly crazy market (our 3rd offer was the one that stuck), to dealing with 4 family members all with their hands in the pot (home purchase was for our dad), to a difficult and picky dad... short visit timelines, multiple virtual viewings... Not sure we could have made the process much harder but Lori's patience, perseverance, and compassion for my dad were exceptional throughout the process. Thanks.
