It had been many years since buying our last home, and we had confidence that she was doing what was best for our interests. Lori is very straightforward and speaks her mind and we LOVED that about her. Because of that, we had confidence in buying a home site-unseen. She did a video walk-through for us, and we knew that she would let us know if there was anything wrong or out of sorts. If she said it was good, then it was good. She says what she thinks, and that is exactly what we needed in our situation. She was great!
