Lori Periard was professional and friendly. Her greatest quality is her timeliness. She will get back to you almost instantly when you contact her. If you email her late at night, you will probably have a response before you wake up. She also has several years of experience and knows the business well. I felt very comfortable looking at homes with her. She will not try to talk you into buying a home if she isn't convinced you love it. She cares about your needs and wants to find you the right home. I would recommend Lori for anyone who likes things to be done in an orderly and timely fashion. Lori will stick up for you and fight for the things you want. The home at 3266 Hemmeter Rd has been perfect for us these two days of owning it, we are really glad to have had the help of Lori's professionalism.Debbie my fiancee' likes to watch the Pioneer Women cook, so when we started decorating the house today the first thing we did was to buy 12 colorful Pioneer Women plates and hang them from the already existing hook for up to 16 plates. We were looking for someone that cared about our happiness in finding our dream forever home. We did not want an agent that was just looking for an easy sell. Lori had our best interest in mind for the entire process of this home purchase. From the first offer until the closing she was all about us and what we were looking for. She wanted us to be happy with this large purchase and feel comfortable every step of the way. She answered every question we had during every step and explained everything in detail.
