Buyer reviewWe were first time home buyers and we had a small list of properties we wanted to see. Lori did an excellent job blocking out a whole day for us to look at homes. She was knowledgeable about the area and showed us home that would be safe for us and our small children. We were able to find our dream home and Lori didn't hesitate to submit an amazing offer that was accepted almost instantly. He contacted her and the following day we met to discuss a strategy for selling the house. She knew the market, she knew the price point, she knew how long it would take for the house to sell (8 to 22 days) and everything happened just as she predicted. Lori did an exceptional job of communicating through texts about inspections and walk throughs, and signing contracts was a breeze with their docusign system. The entire process was quick efficient and went beyond what I expected. I would recommend Lori to anybody who needs to purchase or sell a house.
