Lori was attentive and communicated with us on a regular basis. Explained the entire process. I rarely had any questions because she anticipated my questions. Clearly experienced and professional. Lori kept in touch with my sister and I through the entire process usually be email but she also gave us her cell number in case something came up urgently.
