Buyer reviewI found Lori Sorenson online while still living up north and saw something in her that made me trust her to be our agent when we finally arrived in Myrtle Beach. She recommended that we rent for a little while until we figured out what area we wanted to live in. So we rented in the Market Common area and then decided to build a new home in Carolina Forest. Lori was with us step by step during this process. We looked at many homes before deciding to build new construction. She helped us negotiate with the builders for extra ammenities that saved us over $4000. She followed up consistently and was there to answer any questions that we had during this process. Lori is trustworthy and reliable and is more that just our agent, she is our friend.
