Lori "fell out of the sky" like an angel right when we needed one. We met by accident after dinner in an ice cream parlor and started chatting while we were in line to be served. When I asked if she knew of any neighborhoods that would be good for us (we were house-hunting), she told us she was a realtor and gave me her business card (and I gave her one of mine). She listened closely to what we were looking for, and sent us a couple of listings that night (one at 11:00 pm and another at 11:45). We agreed by email to meet for two showings the next day. The second house we looked at fit us so well that we told her that we wanted to buy it. She arranged everything for us, and all of the professionals that she recommended were outstanding. She monitored everything during the purchase process and was there at the closing last Friday. She looked out for us so well, that we don't think of her as our realtor, we think of her as our friend! THANKS, LORI!!! Lori exceeded our expectations in every way. If the rest of the staff is as good as Lori, we will be Century 21 fans forever. I would say more good things about Lori, but I don't want her to get a swelled head (just kidding!). She didn't "sell" the property. She pointed out the plusses and minuses and let us decide -- but that's what we wanted.

Always goes above and beyond

Lori was very knowledgeable in things that I would've never known, due to being a first time home buyer. She made this process a piece a cake from what others had expressed with their experiences with buying a home. This process never got stressful and when I had questions or concerns Lori was right there to answer and take care of any issues. I would recommend her to my family and closest of friends. Not only was she exceptional, but she had a natural care and concern about her. I could tell she only wanted the best for me and that meant so much.

Me and my family weren't sure if we wanted to buy a new home but if it wasn't for Mrs. Walker's recommendation to go look at new homes I don't think we would be in this home right now we probably would be having offer War trying to see if we can compete with any other buyers. One of the reasons why I would recommend mrs. Walker is because she is well-informed in the area and can tailor the homes to what we were looking for also can ask some of the tough questions such as are you sure you really need a pool if you live in a community that has a pool. Another reason I would recommend her she provides Us realistic expectations of things.

When it came to closing, I was on the road for 4 days driving 2850 miles to arrive in time for closing on the 26th of April. Lori helped me find a B of A bank where I could obtain the cashier check needed for closing and then I followed her to the title company to finish the process. I believe she went out of her way to help me make the right decisions to relocate to Ocala.
