I have lived in Las Vegas/Henderson since 1985 after moving from the Finger Lakes Region of New York. I always adopt rescues for my pets and am currently the proud parent of a Beagle rescued from a puppy mill. I was happily married and was with my husband for 38 years, but sadly I was recently widowed. As they say, every ending has a new beginning and in my case I am even more determined to be the best agent and advocate possible for my clients! I have been an REALTOR® since January 2010 and specialize in the Henderson area but also service Las Vegas and Boulder City. I feel great satisfaction when I can help someone realize their dreams either by selling or buying that special home. She went out of her way to help us with the sale of the property. Our experience with Lorraine Heyden was over and above what we could have expected with the situation we had in having to move out of state because of health reasons and having to be a cash transaction. Would use Lorraine Heyden and Century 21 JR Realty again. Lorraine was knowledgeable and accessible. Everything was excellent considering that the transaction had to be a cash transaction.

Seller reviewNot only did Lorri Heyden get me the full asking price for my home within 14 days. She did it without me having to pay for any of the buyers expenses whatsoever! (Not even a home warranty) When I was listing the house I told Lorri how I was going to have to take the entire house of furniture to a consignment store and how I dreaded it. Before I could do anything Lorri got the buyer interested in my furniture. Then the buyer bought everything in the house! Even the pictures on the walls! Lorri handled everything in a way where everyone walked away feeling they got the good deal! Obviously I could not be happier about the way my sale went! Who do you think I will call next time?
