Seller reviewWhen we first sat down with Lou Ann Moore to discuss the sale of the property we were impressed that she had already checked out the details of the property. It was impressive how she prepares and does the homework even before the contract is signed. We knew we were in good hands from the start. She gave us good guidance regarding the sale price and when offers were made she communicated with us in a timely fashion and was always accessible and responsive. She arranged a well organized and efficient closing that went without a hitch. Lou Ann Moore's work is excellent in every way. She was a joy to work with. Michael and I would highly recommend her.
