As a life-long resident of South Carolina, and having lived in Summerville since 1990, I can truly say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I'm hooked on living in the Lowcountry! I love helping clients acquire the home of their dreams, as well as helping others sell their home when the time comes. I also work with investors in their search to purchase or sell rental homes. Looking for land to build on, or for hunting or fishing? I'm your professional for that too! Being an honor graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration has been a real asset to me in my real estate career. I am honored to have been named Realtor of Distinction by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors for four years running. I am proud to have served as 2017 President of the North Area Top Producers Club, and to have received the Quality Service Award from Century 21 corporate for four years. My designations include Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. My top priorities are to protect the best interests of my clients and to provide excellent service, which I will do with integrity and professionalism.

My lack of knowledge and expertise meant that I was wholly reliant on the advocacy and professionalism of the team I was assigned. Within first contact with Lou Minus, I was confident that I would be in good hands. She listened to all of the property requirements I had, and sent me multiple options weekly to choose from. She was able to book showings in a timely manner, and communicated efficiently with seller representatives whenever necessary. If I needed help with research, she would find answers that same day. Upon finding a desired property, she worked tirelessly to update the contracts and make an offer. Within just two weeks of diligent searching, we were able to secure a property and eventually close. I could not have asked for a better realtor to work with, and in the future, I would be lucky to have an experience as enjoyable as this. I would recommend Lou Minus to anyone who is a first-time homebuyer, new to the local area, or simply unsure about the homebuying process.
