Working with Louise was a most pleasant experience . Louise had to overcome some difficulties. Since it was a co op, Louise had to abide by rules. One rule was NO signage, so Louise had to stand in the street when she did an open house. Since I am a smoker, Louise was very honest in her approach. She gave recommendations and also had to overcome potential customers dissatisfaction about the smoke. Louise always dressed professionally and her badge was always on. Louise was timely and communicated well. The listing took some time to sell. Louise never gave up. I would strongly recommend Louise ... She is the best !
