Seller reviewI bought a home in Florida and decided to sell my primary New York residence. I have had 3-4 recent previous dealings with realtors over the last 2 years so I had some expectation of how matters could pursue to closing. In this instance, Louise was consistent as expected from a realtor with respect to the professionalism required for procedures to expedite the process while offering advise if necessary. After initial conversations, she immediately began rapid showings which were scheduled regularly, giving me regular updates and allowing us to get a few options available. After a few trials with a few possibilities for potential buyers, one emerged to accept the offer for sale. I had to reduce my asking price to get signed contracts. The closing occurred while I am still in another state enjoying my retirement. Thank you Loiuse.
