She engaged with my elderly parents in a compassionate manner as we were making plans for them to transition away from the active senior community (that they loved!) to a different setting. As their Power of Attorney, Louise engaged with me in a highly professional and considerate manner. She understood that this was a sensitive transition process and gave us the space to act accordingly. Louise was very realistic and practical. She helped us navigate the process in a smooth and productive manner, including connection with a savvy legal team that also treated us with great care. I cuold not be more pleased with how well things went and give great credit to Louise for how she handled everything!
