Buyer reviewWhen I was just browsing I went to a bunch of open houses and met a ton of realtors-including Luci. I met with a few others but ultimately decided on Luci because she was the one I clicked with the most. Luci was the absolute best! She was helpful, responsive, and super knowledgeable. She always had time to answer all my questions and keep me calm when I went into full panic attack mode (buying your first house STRESSFUL). If you want someone to be with you every step of the way (and even a little after for maintenance questions on who to call!) you should 100% choose Luci Chalian!

She also made sure the cracked windows were covered in the builder's warranty. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were updated along the whole process, and made sure the sellers were getting all of the projects done before closing. Luci really understood what we were looking for, and was extremely accessible. I would highly recommend her. Luci was on top of everything from the beginning all the way through closing. As a first time home owner, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!
