Luci was kind, empathetic, and incredibly patient with me as I navigated the sale of his property from another city under challenging circumstances. She brings "humanness" to a process that other realtors may regard as a standard business transaction. She genuinely cared about our family (frequently checking in to be sure I was doing okay and checking on my father's health) and worked hard to ensure that we could sell the property as quickly as possible, with minimal stress and anxiety. She made sure to take full advantage of my time and pack in as many houses into my visit which ultimately made me feel really secure with my decision.
