This is the second property Lucille has sold for us in the last year. Being an absentee owner she handled inspections, and other issues associated with the sale. Her local knowledge and contacts made things easier as she always had a person to get the job done. If you selling a house in Lake Harmony Lucille is the only agent I would use. She is professional and calm and found a solution for each issue associated with the sale.
