Buyer reviewLucy Nava went above and beyond to find my dream home. She knew exactly what i was lookimg for and helped me find it. Just as i was getting discouraged because i was not finding anything, she would give me words of encouragement and remind me that my dream home was out there and I just had to be patient. She would encourage me to find something I was in love with and not give in to whatever property was currently in the market. That just proves to you that she really cared about meeting her client's expectations and made sure we purchased a home we loved which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend Lucy Nava to friends and family.

I had worked with an agent from another company a couple years prior and they did not provide the high level of service, understanding, and communication that Lucy provided. I was looking for some a handful of specific property conditions and she was understanding and never made me feel like I was looking for too much or try to talk me into something else. Lucy continually provided explanations of the process, what to expect next, and what to think about coming down the line so I would be ready when it came time to make decisions during the offer, negotiation, and purchase process. She was truly wonderful, helpful, and understanding.
