Prior to contacting Lucy Nava, I had contacted another real state agent that was recommended to me by my Bank loan processor. This other real state agent had me waiting for a list of houses for 2-3 day. My daughter told me that she met Lucy through her friend Jessica who had recently purchased a house and that Lucy was very helpful with her friend. I contacted Lucy and between 24 hours she sent me a listing of the houses in the area of our choice and between the price range that we could afford/pre-approved loan amount. Lucy went above and beyond with services provided to me and my family. I can't thank her enough for everything she did for us. We end up being homeless because we gave up the place we were renting thinking that we would move-in to new home by the end of the month not knowing that there would be a few problems (seller's issues) and escrow couldn't close on the time set. Lucy talked to the seller/owner and make arrangements so we could rent the house until closing of escrow. We went through so much with closing of escrow but Lucy was so helpful and supportive talking to everyone on my behalf to get things done/resolved. Such a commitment to great customer services must be commended. Thank You, Lucy for everything you did from me & my family.
