Seller reviewLuis Hernandez contacted us over a year ago regarding our rental property. At the time we were in negotiation with renter to possibly purchase the property. Since the property was a family property owned by my husband, he was reluctant at first to list property. Luis was in constant contact with us for over a year to list the property and very patient waiting for our listing through moving renters out, and the time involved in making repairs to the property. The sale of our property was handled with extreme professionalism. If we ever decide to sell our personal property, will definitely contact Luis.
