Seller reviewWe selected Lusi because she was a great fit for us. She knew what our needs were and how to achieve our ultimate goal in selling our home. The process was extremely smooth on our end. There was not any stress on us to sell our house. We had confidence in all the knowledge and experience that Lusi had to sell our home. Lusi was an outstanding realtor. The service and communication exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with our selection of Lusi to sell our home.

Buyer reviewLusi was introduced to us through our Mortgage provider. We had never "shopped" for an agent or broker before this home-buying experience. When our lender informed us that they had preferred agents and brokers through their service, we willingly went along with their recommendation. Lusi was so patient with us and availed herself to answer all of our questions. She clearly answered all of our questions and concerns. We felt we were in good hands at all times. She dealt easily with our handful son (autistic/ADHD) with grace. He is not easy to deal with at times. We appreciated that Lusi treated him with kindness and was very patient with him. It was clear to us that Lusi was extremely knowledgeable of all of the real estate processes we were involved in and had questions about. She was a real partner to us. Very personable, friendly and we were so grateful to have her as our agent.

Seller reviewI was relocating out of the country and selected Scott Meyers to assist with the sale of my home. I had selected a few realtors from reviews and was very happy to receive a call from Scott himself and explaining who he had that was the best at my particular situation. Lusi had already made the short list and Scott was able to validate she was the best person to assist. I met with 3 other realtors in the selection process, but Lusi stood out and really met all my expectations. She explained the entire process and answered all of my questions until I had a full understanding. She handled all of the issues and interactions with my company and was able to get me the price I wanted in just a few weeks. This would have been a stressful time given that I moved out in under 2 weeks, but Lusi made all of the difference.

Buyer reviewLusi took time to understand what I was looking for and did a great job matching me with properties. It was our first time buying a home and she was there to answer all my questions- even things that weren't her responsibility to explain. And I never felt like my questions were dumb. I loved how quickly she responded and that I always felt like she was just a text or phone call away. After the sale, she went out of her way to meet ADT at the home so I could get my security system installed while still living out of state. I really feel like we were a team through the whole process!
