Buyer reviewLydia was absolutely amazing in helping us find a house in a 3 day span while we were visiting San Antonio from South Carolina. She stayed with use the entire weekend and knew after the first few houses exactly what we were looking for and then found it. Through out the entire process, she was right there with any questions and concerns we had, especially being out of state and not being able to do the things needed on a new home. Would 10/10 recommend Lydia for any real estate needs!

Buyer reviewWe had heard only good things from my niece regarding Lydia Mcevoy after she helped them locate there home in Texas. Once we personally met Lydia she seem like a good fit for us too. Lydia Mcevoy was on top of EVERYTHING!! She knows her stuff and helped us along the way with all our questions without ever making us feel that we were asking to much questions. Once we found the home we liked, everything seem to happen so fast. Since we were already preapproved and the offer was accepted, closing day went extremely fast. We cannot be any more happier to have found the perfect home for us in Texas. I would definitely refer her to other friends or family members.

When there were options to select from, Lydia did a good job of explaining each, and then lending her professional opinion on what might be best for us, but she was never pushy. She always made it clear that any choice was ours to make. Most importantly, she was our advocate when our buyers and their representative started taking questionable actions.
