Hi I'm Lydia Spink and I am a lifelong resident of North Georgia. My Real estate career was launched in 2005 after working in the school system while my children Ashley and Seth were in school and later in the insurance business. Those jobs helped me form many valued relationships. This has been the foundation of my success. Repeat clients and referrals keep my business strong even through the down times. I am forever humbled and grateful for those who have placed their trust in me with one of the most important decisions in their lives.
I have consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in North Georgia since the beginning of my career. I am sincere, loyal, passionate and your satisfaction and best interests are my priority.

In my free time my husband Tim and I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

After having a not-so-great start with a couple of other agents, I was feeling frustrated and thought that maybe this is the norm when shopping for property in rural areas. When a friend heard that I was looking for some land, he immediately recommended Lydia. We connected, and after speaking to her for the first time I immediately felt that I was in good hands. Within minutes after our first conversation, I had a list of properties in my inbox. Throughout the entire process, Lydia was easy to reach and was always quick to respond to my emails, calls and texts. Once under contract, I had some questions and concerns about the property. Lydia tirelessly followed up with the listing agent and sellers until everything was addressed. At the end of the day, I got a beautiful piece of mountain property at a great price.
