Hi I'm Lydia Spink and I am a lifelong resident of North Georgia. My Real estate career was launched in 2005 after working in the school system while my children Ashley and Seth were in school and later in the insurance business. Those jobs helped me form many valued relationships. This has been the foundation of my success. Repeat clients and referrals keep my business strong even through the down times. I am forever humbled and grateful for those who have placed their trust in me with one of the most important decisions in their lives.
I have consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in North Georgia since the beginning of my career. I am sincere, loyal, passionate and your satisfaction and best interests are my priority.

She knows a lot of local info regarding Jasper, GA right off the top of her head. She was available all the time. ALWAYS answered her phone. ALWAYS very helpful, EXTREMELY communicative, was never put out when I would ask her any question at all. Super professional and super nice and caring at all times. Lydia worked in such a wonderful way that we got an offer within just a few days. Lydia also got us a great back up offer as well. We didn't need it after all, but that was great and took the stress off of us, as we have had offers fall through in the past. Lydia is a GEM, FABULOUS and a pleasure to work with!! I would HIGHLY recommend Lydia to anyone at all!! You won't be disappointed!!

Seller reviewAlways answered calls or called soon. Very responsive no matter the question or time of day. It was a long and difficult process due to the type of real estate I was selling and Lydia was consistently working to find a buyer. Never was discouraging during the lengthy sales marathon.
