Lynette Cattaneo grew up in South Dakota, upon graduating from high school, she moved out to the Black Hills and majored in Business Administration at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD. Lynette moved to Wyoming in 1983 and has developed an ever growing love for this beautiful state. Lynette has a well developed background in customer service and brings personal experience to her real estate career, as her background includes buying and selling homes, as well as building them.
When Lynette decided to start a family, she knew it was time to take time off from her career in business to raise her two children. It was during that time at home, Lynette became more and more interested in the Real Estate Profession. She loves finding just the right house and turning it into a home for her family, and now to be able to do this for others is very exciting and rewarding.

When issues popped up as they sometimes do Lynette was immediately on it communicating with us and solving the problem. When we were uncomfortable with a sellers "roof inspection " Lynette listened to our concerns, made a few suggestions and we decided on an independent roof inspection which uncovered serious flaws with the roof and saved us almost $19,000 if we need a realtor again Lynette will be our first and only choice!

Buyer reviewFrom the time we first called Lynette to the time we signed the bottom line, she was a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and her experience shined. She had input on subjects that we weren't well versed on, and kindly guided us through the rest. She showed us houses that were listed by many other realtors and had no issues working with other agents. She gave honest feedback when it came time to decide negotiations and her input was greatly appreciated. Many phone calls and texts were sent asking silly questions and Lynette handled them promptly and with grace no matter how petty the request. Lynette never pressured us to raise our budget or compromise on our must-haves. She ensured the houses we were looking at were priced appropriately and that they were in family friendly neighborhoods. We would 100% reccomend Lynette to anyone we know. Couldn't be happier!
