She organized many services (gardening, house and carpet cleaning, junk removal, etc.) quickly and efficiently to get the house on the market timely. Beyond standard service, Lynn retrieved items from the house that we forgot and mailed them to us; ensured sprinklers were working and the pool water level was correct; and even returned cable boxes for us! Throughout the process Lynn was always positive, but realistic. She is super responsive and doesn't mind many questions! She balances the right amount of communication and presents all information objectively. In the end, I believe we received the best price and service during a trying time. Lynn is truly a pleasure to work with and we are most appreciative of her services.
