Seller reviewOne of the best things about Lysette Portales is that she has the ability to make you feel like a friend and not just a client. She has great people skills. It is evident that she is very knowledgeable in her field but also realizes that making your clients feel comfortable and satisfied is important. She is the best!

Buyer reviewLysette was simply stellar in every category. Over the years, we have purchased over 10 homes across the country and she was (by far) the best realtor we have worked with. She is smart, effective, personable, trustworthy, and highly knowledgeable. This is a second home for us and we did much of the sales process from different geographic locations. She made the entire transaction seamless. She was always available and she always responded quickly, accurately and with the required information. She was also very patient and professional. We could not be happier. I would absolutely work with her again and also highly recommend her to others. The key for us was her knowledge of the area, particularly water front homes. The entire experience was excellent. We had done a significant amount of research and knew what we wanted but we needed someone to help make it happen. Lysette made it happen in a very positive way.

Buyer reviewLysette Portales first took us around to look at property about a year or so ago and we never found a property that we wanted to purchase and we never got the feeling that we were wasting her time even though we were lost a bit on what we wanted. So after a year or more we contacted Lysette to look at property again and she seemed to remember us as well as what she showed us the last time we looked which I thought was remarkable. Lysette is the hardest working millennial I have met and she was so nice to us and made time for us while we were in town for only a few days it seemed like she had no other clients then us even though I know she did. Lysette Portales is a true asset to your company don't lose her!! Lysette was not late one time, never showed up unprepared, had the patients of a saint and handled everything we needed. Lysette Portales is a true asset to your company and I would make sure you don't lose her!!
