I was able to secure a property significantly under the appraised value as the result of her negotiating abilities. She provided sound advice and truly cares about the well being of her clients. She is smart, effective, personable, trustworthy, and highly knowledgeable. This is a second home for us and we did much of the sales process from different geographic locations. She made the entire transaction seamless. She was always available and she always responded quickly, accurately and with the required information. She was also very patient and professional. We could not be happier. I would absolutely work with her again and also highly recommend her to others. The key for us was her knowledge of the area, particularly water front homes. The entire experience was excellent. We had done a significant amount of research and knew what we wanted but we needed someone to help make it happen. Lysette made it happen in a very positive way.
