We dealt with Madelyn as we knew she was the listing agent for the property on Realtor.com and we did not have a selling agent working for us. We decided to contact her directly to simplify the buying process. It worked out very well for us, Madelyn was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Madelyn was prompt to respond to all of our questions and was very efficient in getting the contracts drawn up. Although she is from Cape Coral and not Ft. Myers, she had good knowledge of the development we bought in and was very good to deal with. We did the escrow deposit directly with the title/escrow company, as it was more convenient to us. Madelyn is a complete professional, and we would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in our market.

We were referred to Madelyn by another agent we were working with in another area. I has serious doubts about trying to purchase a Cape Coral home while living in New York, but from day one (and over the course of the next 7 months!) Madelyn provided nearly nonstop service and communication. She would preview homes and send us videos. She'd return calls and emails on Sunday evenings. When we planned a trip to Cape Coral, Madelyn had basically wiped her schedule and spent several full days showing us literally dozens of homes. Madelyn is a outstanding agent. She is the one I found on the internet as a high performance seller in her area. Since we are from Pa., it was a decision i had to make knowing that i could trust who ever i pick to help us buy a house in fort myers. I chose the right person. She is trustworty, dedicated, honest hard working, pleasant, knowledge and did things that i did not know a person or agent to do. She picked us up, since we had no car rental, took us to over 15 houses on friday. went back to her office to print out more houses for saturday, we took her to dinner friday night went over the houses for saturday. Picked us up on saturday morning, showed us 15 more. we found one that we liked. she took us to beach and showed us around, she went back to her office. she pulled up comps on the house we wanted. went to dinner and went over paperwork. called her monday morning and she put the offer in we wanted. within 20 minutes we bought the house. she did all the paper work, inspections, repairs, checked the house over and over and she was wonderful took a lot of stress of me since i was in PA.
